Route 96 Community Drop in Session 1

Saturday 02 March 2019

Public Transport Victoria is hosting two community drop-in sessions to share information about the Route 96 upgrade.

About the project:

Route 96 is being upgraded so everyone can catch the tram.

In the second half of 2019, Stops 16 to 22 on Nicholson Street – between Kay Street in Fitzroy North and Brunswick Road in Brunswick East – are scheduled for upgrades. This will make it easier for people who are vision impaired or use wheelchairs, prams and other mobility aids, to travel on the tram.

Stops 23, 24 and 25 - between Brunswick Road and Blyth Street in Brunswick East - are scheduled to be upgraded in May 2019.

To find out more visit the Route 96 page at PTV.

About the sessions:

Drop in and have a chat with the Route 96 upgrade team and have your questions answered at one of two drop-in sessions being held in early March 2019. The team will also share the new tram stop designs and project details.

Drop-in any time during the sessions, there is no need to RSVP.
