Delayed bin delivery for apartments

If you live in an apartment or flat in the Yarra Waste Revolution trial area in Abbotsford, we’ve got some news about your new bins.
Unfortunately, your new glass recycling and food and green waste bins are still on their way to your home, and won’t make it in time for next week’s collection.
Your glass recycling and food and green waste bins will be delivered on Tuesday 11 June.
Until that delivery, please continue to recycle in the way you’re used to, in your yellow-lidded recycling bin, and put your food waste in your rubbish bin.
Once you receive your new bins, you may start using them in time for your first revolutionary collections:
- Tuesday 18 June Food and green waste and recycling will be collected.
- Tuesday 25 June Food and green waste, glass and landfill will be collected.
