We're seeking feedback on our draft 0-25 plan. We've had over 750 responses from our community which have helped us draft this plan and now we want you to tell us if we've got it right. 

The 0-25 plan takes a life stage approach and plans for families with babies right through to 25 year olds. It aims for a more seamless experience for families navigating the service system and young people moving from dependence to independence.

We want to hear from you so we can make Yarra a better community particularly for children, young people and their families. 

Have your say and help us plan for 0-25 year-olds and their families before Friday 1 June. 

We will consider your feedback as part of the final 4 year plan and Annual Action Plan.
