Any person wishing to make a submission under section 223 of the Act must do so in writing by 25 October 2017.

All submissions will be considered in accordance with section 223 of the Act.

Yarra City Council (Council), acting under clause 3 of schedule 10 to the Local Government Act 1989 (Act), proposes to discontinue the road adjacent to 2 Harding Lane, Richmond, being part of the land contained in Memorial Book 186 No. 16 and shown as cross-hatched on the plan below (Road) and sell the Road to the owners of the adjoining property at 2 Harding Lane, Richmond.

Yarra City Council (Council), acting under clause 3 of schedule 10 to the Local Government Act 1989 (Act), proposes to discontinue the road abutting the rear of 14 Lambert Street, Richmond, being part of the land contained in Memorial Book Z No. 815 and shown as cross-hatched on the plan below (Road) and sell the Road to the owners of the adjoining property at 14 Lambert Street, Richmond.

Rear of 294-298 Swan Street

Any person wishing to make a submission under section 223 of the Act must do so in writing by 25 October 2017.

All submissions will be considered in accordance with section 223 of the Act.

Yarra City Council (Council), acting under clause 3 of schedule 10 to the Local Government Act 1989 (Act), proposes to discontinue the road abutting the rear of 294-298 Swan Street, Richmond, being part of the land contained in Deed of Conveyance Book 433 No. 564 and shown as cross-hatched on the plan below (Road) and sell the Road to the owner of the adjoining property at 294-298 Swan Street, Richmond. 

Any person may make a submission on the proposals.

Any person requesting to be heard in support of his or her submission is entitled to be heard before Council (or its committee established by Council for this purpose) or be represented by a person acting on his or her behalf, and will be notified of the time and date of the hearing.

Following consideration of submissions, Council may resolve not to discontinue the Road or to discontinue the Road and then either sell the land from the Road to the adjoining owner or transfer the Road to itself.
