Olives to Oil is an annual festival run by CERES, bringing people together from across Melbourne to harvest olives and have them pressed communally into delicious, local olive oil.

The olive trees in the yards, parks and streets of Yarra provide food for many. 

Join us in celebrating the rich history that surrounds our olive trees, as we partner with CERES for this community-focused initiative that champions sustainable local food practices. 

If you’ve got an olive tree or a neighbour that would like to share the oil, book a spot to drop off your olives.

Booking a drop-off time is essential to participate.
