Businesses in the City of Yarra are invited to take part in our free Connect Respect program.

The Connect Respect program teaches businesses how to connect with people experiencing homelessness, so they have the confidence and knowledge to respond appropriately and respectfully.

The training program will be delivered in in two parts:

• A self-paced eLearn module that takes approximately 1 - 1.5 hours to complete
  Available from the week beginning Monday 13 February
  
  
• A live online session that runs for approximately 1.5 - 2 hours
  Held via Zoom on Thursday 23 February from 1pm to 3pm

The live session is led by a Council to Homeless Persons Peer Education Support Program (PESP) team member. All PESP members have a lived experience of being without a home.

Businesses will need to register their interest by Wednesday 8 February 2023.
