Creating healthy habits (Free business training)

Thursday 09 May 2019

How often have you thought about changing something in the way you run your business but you didn’t know where to start or your efforts didn’t work out as planned and you found yourself, at best, back where you started? Often it is because we haven’t communicated what we wanted to to those we look to for help.

You will leave this workshop with a framework that you will find yourself using time and time again, in business and at home. You will learn

  • The one word that can help avoid misunderstandings
  • How to communicate so that people get what it is you want them to do and, better still, enthuses them to want to help
  • The practical steps to preparing for change
  • Habits that make the new way the new norm
  • How to not inadvertently undermine your own efforts

About the presenter:

Former corporate Systems Manager turned business owner of Systems That Stick, Jane Scammell is a proven systemic thinker, capable of ensuring day to day activity aligns with the bigger picture in a way that is consistent, easy to do, hard to go wrong and fun.

A big believer in a strong parent child relationship being fundamental to a child’s wellbeing, Jane specialises in enabling parents in business to be present with their pre-teen kids in body, mind and spirit more often by helping them (1) set their business and home life up to run without them so they have time each day to be with their kids; (2) remove the mental load they carry around so they can give their kids their undivided attention when they are together and (3) get the most from planned and impromptu time with their kids.

What to bring:

Please bring a pen and paper for notes and business cards for networking if you have them. You are also welcome to bring your own lunch or coffee to this casual training and networking event. Please note that no refreshments will be provided at this session.
