A night of food demonstrations, entertainment and storytelling. Come and enjoy tales spanning generations and crossing cultures with Afghanistan born nuclear physicist and biophysicist, Dr Nouria Salehi, chef and visual artist, Ameet Sandhu and musician, Sarah Mandie.

The cooking demonstrations will include traditional Indian inspired food like chapati, dhal, masala chai and more; and Sarah will entertain the guests with her beautiful music using a range of musical instruments.
