Isadora and Kate will be joined in conversation by Meredith Turnbull to discuss their project Fall Line, working in and outside of the gallery, and their engagement with ideas of learning, guidance and peer to peer mentoring.

For Fall Line, Kate Hill and Isadora Vaughan will respond to the idea of mentoring, learning and guidance. Working from a site on the grounds of the convent, the artists will explore what it could be to learn from the landscape; from exchanging their various skills and seeking assistance from masters and the depths of YouTube, to extract, to fire, to manipulate, and to return material to the ground via the gallery.

This exhibition is part of the funded mentorship program Material Exchange with support from the Victorian Government through Creative Victoria and the City of Yarra through the Annual Grants program.
