Analysing results of your plan is one of the most important parts of your business plan. It’s not a document that is to be stored in the filing cabinet once it’s done. It is a guide for your business that must be reviewed and expanded on as your business grows and milestones are achieved.

In Session 3 we discuss the best methods to review the results you have achieved. It is important to not only assess whether your strategies are working, but also to adapt to any new changes that have occurred in your business. We will teach you how to make the most of any new opportunities for your business. The final session will also remind yourself of your business goals and priorities and keep you directed towards the right outcome.
