Is a personal trainer right for you?

Personal training is great if you are:

  • ready to make a change
  • not getting results
  • needing motivation or routine
  • recovering from injury.

Our sessions

Our personal trainers will design sessions to meet your goals. Most sessions use a mix of equipment, weights and exercises for a balanced workout.

Personal training sessions run for either 30 minutes or 45 minutes. You can come alone or with a friend.

To book a session, email [email protected]. You can list your preferred trainer, or we can help choose the one that's right for you.

Prices

Prices effective to 30 June 2025. Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice or a cancellation fee applies.
