Concession
Concession fees are available to:
- schools
- incorporated associations
- not-for-profit organisations
- registered sporting clubs.
We will share a hire agreement with you during the booking process.

Gym assessments
Our instructors are available for gym assessments.
In an initial assessment, an instructor will:
- assess where you're at
- discuss your health and fitness goals
- design you a personalised program to help you achieve your goals.
In a re-assessment, an instructor will:
- evaluate your progress
- make any required adjustments to your program
- answer your questions.
We recommend having a re-assessment every 4 to 6 weeks.
Book an assessment
You can book an initial assessment or re-assessment by logging into our online portal or visiting your nearest centre. An assessment takes 45 to 60 minutes.
Prices
Assessments are free for members with gym access and there's a charge for non-members. Prices vary so please speak to us about your options.
Before your assessment
We use the Halo app to give you easy access to your personalised fitness program.
Halo allows you to:
- view your personalised fitness program
- view video demonstrations of each exercise.
- track and improve your fitness
- connect to cardio equipment at our venues and sync your activity with your outside workouts
- view your progress on the dashboard.
