To report a Council-related emergency outside of our standard hours of operations, please call our after-hours number on 03 9205 5555 and follow the prompts to report safety hazards posing an immediate threat, such as:

  • Urgent road or footpath hazards
  • Unsafe building posing an immediate hazard
  • Council trees or trees on Council land in danger of falling
  • Damage to a Council building
  • Animal attack

Parking enforcement requests must be lodged online.
