To become a member, visit your nearest venue or sign up online by following these steps:
1. Create account
- Log in to our online portal
- Select 'create account'
- Select your preferred facility.
2. Choose your membership type
- Choose your preferred membership payment plan (upfront or direct debit) and select 'next'
- Choose your preferred membership type (Gold, Silver or Bronze) and select 'next'
- Choose what day in the next 7 days you want to start your contract and select 'next'*
*We charge fortnightly for direct debit payments. If your start date is before our next payment day, you must pay a pro-rata fee for the days leading up to that day, plus any applicable joining fee. We suggest starting your membership on the day you wish to first visit us.
Concession cards
If you have a concession card, please sign up at one of our centres. Present your eligible concession card so we can confirm your eligibility. Your card must be current and have your name on it.
3. Enter your contact and payment details
- Enter your contact details and select 'next'
- View the summary of your contract and payment details
- Accept the terms and conditions and select 'next'.
4. Make payment
Follow these steps for making payments with your bank details or credit/debit card. Details will be linked to your contract for future payments, but you can change your direct debit details any time.
Use bank account
- Select 'bank account' as your preferred payment method and select 'next'.
- Enter your bank details.
- Make your initial payment on the payment gateway page (this must be a credit or debit card).
- Make payment.
Use credit or debit card
- Select 'debit/credit card' as your preferred payment method and select 'next'.
- Enter your debit/credit card details.
- Make payment.
Confirming your contract
You will receive an email confirming your membership with your contract attached.
Please visit your nearest venue to collect your key fob or membership band and ask us any questions.
