Learn more about our range of class types, prices, and other things you need to know about our classes

With more than 320 classes across our 3 centres every week, we have something for everyone. Our range of class types includes:

  • community gym programs
  • small group training
  • Les Mills classes
  • our own Yarra Leisure classes.

Group exercise allows you to move at your own pace in a fun, social environment. Our qualified and experienced instructors lead you to get the most out of every class.

Classes are suitable for all fitness levels.

Things to know about our classes

To help everyone have a safe and enjoyable class, we ask that you understand the following.

Arriving for a class

  • Please arrive on time. Classes close 5 minutes after start time.
  • Scan your wristband in at reception and collect your class ticket. Give your ticket to the instructor before the class.

Safety

  • Please advise your instructor if you have an injury, condition or are pregnant.
  • Attend the warmup and cool down phases of your class.
  • If you leave early, your instructor will pack up your equipment at the end of the class.

Clothing and equipment

  • Wear shoes for all classes except body balance, pilates and yoga.
  • Bring your own mat to body balance, pilates and yoga or purchase one at reception.
  • Do not bring bags into class.
