Yarraberg is a family and community focused centre with a warm, lived-in atmosphere. Children are encouraged to be creative and explore and move freely between our light-filled indoor and outdoor spaces.

What we offer
Our supportive environment promotes a lifelong love of learning. The curriculum centres around the children’s ideas, skills and knowledge. Our highly qualified and dedicated educators set goals for the children, alongside their families, and plan for the children to acquire these goals through play.
Opportunities for learning include, but are not limited to: pre-literacy, pre-numeracy, pretend play, science, creativity, exploration, environmental, relaxation, gross motor and fine motor skills, and social interactions.
We have an onsite qualified cook who prepares healthy and delicious meals using seasonal ingredients and can accommodate most dietary requirements and allergies. View our sample menu below.
Relationships are fundamental to strengthening the educators' knowledge of what the child can do, know and understand. We take into account the family's culture and traditions.
We have a particular focus on teaching children about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives, environmentally sustainable practices and our impact on our world and supporting children’s overall wellbeing. As part of this, we engage with our local community on our regular outings and excursions.
