Information on how the Yarra City Council measures its performance through an annual report, customer satisfaction survey, annual plan and quarterly reports.
We are constantly looking at ways to improve how we work and the support and services we offer.
Reviewing our performance regularly helps ensure we are meeting your needs and can identify emerging priorities, opportunities and challenges.
You can view our performance in a number of documents.
- Annual Report – tracks performance against the objectives set in the Council Plan.
- Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey – measures the level of satisfaction with Council, services and facilities, as well as issues or improvements needed.
- Annual Plan – sets out the specific projects and activities for the year ahead aligned to the Council Plan.
- Quarterly Community Report – provides an update on projects, activities, highlights, financial and Annual Plan performance.
- Know Your Councill website – an online resource where you can compare the results of all Victorian councils.
