Small Group Gym Training

Small group training involves small circuit-style sessions in the gym. Sessions run for 30 minutes and are exclusive to members with gym access.

Our instructor will lead you through exercises using different equipment and spaces. With classes limited to 6 to 8 people (depending on the class type), you'll get a lot of support from our instructor.

This short intense workout is perfect if you're short on time or getting familiar with the gym space.
