Collingwood Library is open 6 days a week. It is venue is conveniently located near Collingwood Train Station and Collingwood Town Hall.

Venue conditions
- Available to be booked between 8am and 11pm.
- The venue is not available to book on Sundays or on public holidays.
- Please ensure facilities are clean and return tables and chairs to their original places, or additional charges may apply.
- Alcohol is not permitted in this meeting room.

Out-of-hours bookings
If your booking is outside library opening hours, you or a representative must visit the library before your booking to collect the keys and learn the opening and closing procedures.
Noise levels
As this space is located in the library building, you must control your noise levels during office and library hours. Unacceptable noise levels that can be heard outside the room may result in the booking being cancelled and money withheld.
How to book
If you are a registered user and have booked with us before, you can log into our booking system to book a space.
If you are a new user, you need to register with us before you make a booking.
Organisation bookings
If you are from an organisation, you must:
- register your organisation
- make your booking under your organisation's name.
If you're from a not-for-profit group, you may be eligible for discounted use. Contact our bookings team to find out more.
