How to view and change direct debit details

 

Please note: our direct debit provider charges us $5 for any payment rejections which we're unable to refund. To avoid this fee, please ensure that:

  • there are enough funds in your account
  • your card details are correct
  • your card is valid.

View current payment method

To view your current payment methods, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the portal
  2. Select 'Account'
  3. Navigate to 'Payment Settings'

Add new payment method

To add a new payment method, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the portal
  2. Select 'Account'
  3. Navigate to 'Payment Settings'
  4. Select 'Add new payment method'
  5. Choose your payment method (bank details or debit/credit card)
  6. Enter your details
  7. Save details

You'll see a notification confirming the new details for your account.

More than one payment method

If you have more than one payment method, the most recent will appear at the bottom of your saved payment methods.

The payment method listed at the top under 'payment methods for contract' is the payment method that will be charged.

Delete old payment method

To delete old payment methods that you no longer want to use, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the portal
  2. Select 'Account'
  3. Navigate to 'Payment Settings'
  4. Select 'delete' next to the payment method you want to delete (you cannot delete the payment method if it's selected as your 'current payment methods for contract.'
  5. Save details

You'll see a notification confirming your new details are in your account.
