Learn more about submitting an application to place a skip bin on Council land.
You need a skip bin permit if you are placing a skip bin on Council land.
All applications are made online through a skip bin company registered with us.
The permit must be issued prior to placing the skip bin.
Permits allow for a skip bin to be placed in a legal parking bay where access is not restricted.
If you want the bin in a laneway, on a road or any location that restricts access you need a road or footpath occupation permit.
