Join us for National Simultaneous Storytime at Fitzroy Library!
National Simultaneous Storytime is held annually by the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA). Every year, libraries, schools, bookshops and more around the country read the same picture book at the same time.
Now in its 25th successful year, National Simultaneous Storytime is a colourful, vibrant, fun event that aims to promote the value of reading and Australian books.
This year, we will be reading The Truck Cat, written by Deborah Frenkel, illustrated by Danny Snell and published by Hardie Grant Children’s Publishing. We will also be joined by some special guests and their very special trucks!
