The Yarra Libraries Advisory Committee helps us to make sure that the public library services in Yarra City meet the needs of our community.

The Yarra Libraries Advisory Committee:
- collects feedback from library users in the City of Yarra
- guides us on the design of library services to meet community needs
- shares ideas on how to improve the City of Yarra's library services
- gives feedback on library statistics and performance reports
- helps us to consult with the community on library policy and service plans
- shares community views with us
- helps to inform the community about any library news
- participates in various forums and workshops on library issues
