Due to technical issues, the return of Virtual Spin is taking a little longer than expected.
We are excited to bring you a fresh new Virtual Spin experience as part of our gym equipment upgrades, but due to technical issues, the return of Virtual Spin is taking a little longer than expected.
Where can I spin?
You can still attend live spin classes, use the gym bikes, and the bikes in the spin room whenever you want. Please be aware technicians may be working in the studios at various times during the day.
Member options
If you prefer to pause your membership during this time, you can suspend it through our client portal. To suspend your membership watch our instructional video.
What's new?
- Cloud-based virtual programming.
- Bigger virtual library with regular updates.
- Brand-new bikes.
- New sessions, styles and class length options.
- High-definition LED video walls for a fully immersive experience.
What's changing?
- Class length will vary, ranging from 20-30 minutes, 30-45 minute and 45-60 minutes.
- The new system offers a greater range of programmed classes that the software randomly selects.
Once the Virtual Spin system is up and running, we'll be trialing different class styles, lengths, and times over the next few weeks, and your feedback will help us shape the best possible schedule moving forward. Please let us know what you’re enjoying and what you'd like to see more of as on-demand sessions will no longer be available.
What else do I need to know?
Please don't touch the audio-visual equipment - it's sensitive and has been professionally set and tested by our suppliers. Let staff know if you think something is wrong.
We can’t wait for you to experience the new Spin equipment - and we’re looking forward to hearing your feedback as we fine-tune the virtual schedule!
