Venue conditions
- All meetings must finish by 5pm.
- Council programs use this venue during business hours and availability is limited. Priority is given to meetings relating to family and children services and groups.
- The Connie Benn Centre is in a residential area and is a shared office space; noise levels must be monitored at all times.
- Hirers must supply their consumables and catering.
- Commercial and Concession (not-for-profit community groups) rates apply to all rooms at the Connie Benn Centre.
Opening hours
Facilities are generally available from 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

If you are a registered user and have booked with us before, you can log into our booking system to book a space.
If you are a new user, you need to register with us before you make a booking.
Organisation bookings
If you are from an organisation, you must:
- register your organisation
- make your booking under your organisation's name.
If you're from a not-for-profit group, you may be eligible for discounted use. Contact our bookings team to find out more.

A bright, airy and stimulating room is available for local groups that run programs for children and families.
Connie Benn Centre Training Room
The Training Room is located inside the Connie Benn Centre. It is suitable for small formal meetings and training sessions.
Connie Benn Centre Community Kitchen
An informal kitchen environment with oven, microwave and stove top facilities.
