Venue conditions

  • All meetings must finish by 5pm.
  • This venue is utilised by Council programs during business hours and availability is limited. Priority is given to meetings relating to family and children services and groups.
  • The Connie Benn Centre is in a residential area and is a shared office space; noise levels must be monitored at all times.
  • Hirers must supply their consumables and catering.
  • Commercial and concession (not-for-profit community groups) rates apply to all rooms at the Connie Benn Centre.
  • Facilities are generally available from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

If you are a new user, you need to register with us before you make a booking.

Organisation bookings

If you are from an organisation, you must:

  • register your organisation
  • make your booking under your organisation's name.

If you're from a not-for-profit group, you may be eligible for discounted use. Contact our bookings team to find out more.
