Winter solstice sound bath at the Abbotsford Convent

As part of the Abbotsford Convent's WinterLIVE festival, join LA-based vocalist and sound meditation practitioner, Odeya Nini, in a winter solstice sound bath. Participants will immerse themselves in the healing power of the human voice, accompanied by bowls, chimes and gong. Open your heart and mind as you journey in meditation to the healing sound waves of dynamic tones and resonant frequency. The evening will conclude by raising collective voices in a song circle.
