Please join Merri Creek Management Commitee for an acknowledgement of Wurundjeri Country in the waring season and a nocturnal Merri Birrarung experience. We’ll walk together to the confluence of Merri and Birrarung in the beauty of the night sky (sunset is about 5pm), considering local ecological conservation actions and climate change adaptations for people, plants and animals. We’ll share MCMC’s developing focus on climate change and invite people to other upstream explorations in 2025.
