The seat of Richmond includes the suburbs of Richmond, Cremorne, Burnley, Abbotsford, Collingwood, Clifton Hill and Fitzroy.
All candidates who have publicly declared that they are contesting the seat of Richmond will be invited to attend.
It will be facilitated by former ABC Radio Melbourne presenter and journalist Jon Faine.
