Temporary closure of leisure centres and golf course

In line with the Victorian Government’s decision to reintroduce Stage 4 Stay at Home restrictions across Victoria, our leisure centres and golf course will be closed from 11.59pm Friday 12 February to 11.59pm Wednesday 17 February. 

When will our venues reopen? 

At this stage it is proposed that our venues will be able to reopen on Thursday 18 February however we will provide you with an update as soon as a reopening date has been confirmed. 

What happens to my bookings? 

All active bookings for any of our services from Saturday 13 February through to Wednesday 17 February will be cancelled.  

We will be applying credits to your online account if you paid for a class online. There is nothing you need to do, the credit will appear in the ‘My Purchases’ section of the online portal. 

What’s happening with my membership or visit pass? 

Members 

All memberships will automatically be placed on free suspension for the duration of the closure. Direct debit members will receive a credit on their account and upfront members will have the current expiry date on their membership adjusted to reflect the period of closure. 

Aquatic programs 

All learn to swim students will receive a credit for lessons that are missed due to our venue closures. The credits will be automatically applied to your account. 

Visit pass holders 

Visit pass expiry dates will be extended to cover the period of the closure.
