We've recently completed painting a new 3D pedestrian crossing on Best Street in Fitzroy North.

As part of our Local Area Place Making study of Fitzroy North, the community raised concerns with pedestrian safety and traffic and parking management in the area.

We identified an opportunity to improve pedestrian safety and worked with local supermarket Piedimonte’s to develop the concept.
