We offer a range of classes across our 3 centres, including specially designed programs, Les Mills classes and members-only small group training.

Access All Abilities programs offer strength-based training for people with disability and chronic health conditions (please note: these sessions are casual only and are not included in any memberships).

Our amazing team of group fitness instructors deliver our classes.

Aqua

Aqua classes are suitable for beginner and advanced participants. They use water resistance for a cardio-strength workout without stress on the joints.

Aqua Zumba®

Aqua Zumba is a mix of low and high intensity aqua and dance moves designed to improve your fitness and wellbeing. Aqua Zumba uses water resistance for a cardio-strength workout without stress on the joints. Suitable for beginner to advanced levels. 

HIIT 45

HIIT 45 is a high intensity interval training class using cardio, strength and functional equipment. Let the instructor know your fitness goals and they can help you reach them. Get fit and have fun in this high energy 45 minute class.

Deep Water Running

Deep Water Running is a low impact, running-inspired workout in the water. It's fantastic for those looking for an extreme full body workout without the impact on joints and bones.

Meditation

Our 45-minute meditation class will have you feeling relaxed and balanced. Meditation classes include breathing techniques, focus, mindfulness and gentle movement.

Pilates

Our Pilates classes feature low-impact exercises designed to build core strength and support postural alignment. Empowering, strengthening and calming. *Unsuitable during pregnancy.

Spin

Our instructor-led indoor cycling is a fantastic cardio workout with our iC7 spin bikes, which are the most advanced indoor bikes on the market. Our Coach by Colour system will enhance and personalise your class experience.

Virtual Spin

INDURO

Induro is a scenic ride with immersive big-screen technology that takes you to different parts of the world. Total class time including warm up and cool down is 50-55 mins. Induro enables you to have an adventurous wilderness ride in the comfort of our state-of-the-art spin studio. 

LES MILLS RPM

Les Mills RPM is a high-energy, low-impact, 30 or 45-minute cycling workout set to music. It offers flexible, on-demand, or scheduled sessions where you control the resistance and speed, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

LES MILLS SPRINT

Les Mills Sprint is a transformative high-intensity interval training workout, using a indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, 30 minute intense style of training that pushes your physical and mental limits.

LES MILLS THE TRIP 

Les Mills The Trip is an immersive cycling workout that will elevate your heart and sensory experience. You will be transported to the future of fitness through a digitally created world and take your motivation to the next level. 

SwimFit

SwimFit supports a range of levels, abilities and skills across all 4 swimming strokes. Our passionate coaches will deliver a structured session to develop your technique and fitness in a friendly and social environment.

SwimFit+

This 75-minute session is suitable if you want to build endurance and technique and work harder for longer.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a gentle, low impact class that combines slow, flowing movements, deep breathing and mindful focus to improve balance, reduce stress and increase flexibility. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. 

Yoga

Our Yoga classes unite the body, mind and spirit and can help align posture and increase range of movement. We have classes for a range of levels and abilities.

Yoga Basics

Yoga Basics is perfect for those new to yoga, older adults, or people who love focusing on doing the basics well. You'll get a gentle introduction to the practice of Yoga and learn the basic poses in a simple format.

Zumba®

Join the party and get a dose of endorphins! Get grooving to a mix of low and high intensity dance moves designed to improve your fitness and wellbeing.

Zumba Gold®

This is perfect if you're after a modified and easy-to-follow Zumba® class. It recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity with a focus on balance, range of motion and coordination.

Les Mills classes

Les Mills delivers dynamic group fitness classes driven by the beat of the latest chart-topping music. New workouts are released every 3 months to keep you challenged and motivated. 

We offer both instructor-led and virtual classes with our ultimate 165-inch high-quality video wall.

BODYBALANCE

Les Mills BODYBALANCE is a yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout. Controlled breathing, structured stretches, moves and poses build strength and flexibility. BODYBALANCE is only available in a virtual format at Collingwood Leisure Centre and Richmond Recreation Centre.

BODYPUMP

Les Mills BODYPUMP is the original barbell class designed to strengthen your entire body. Challenge your major muscle groups with high-repetition movements for muscle toning.

BODYPUMP HEAVY

Les Mills BODYPUMP HEAVY is a tempo-based weightlifting class that switches on your metabolic engine to help build lean muscle. Drawing on traditional lifting techniques, each class challenges strength, builds lean muscle, and drives measurable performance gains. Simple to follow at a slow tempo with lots of recovery periods which allows for expert coaching, so you master form and technique.

BODYSTEP

Les Mills BODYSTEP is a high-energy, full-body cardio workout incorporating a height-adjustable step and upbeat music to improve fitness, coordination, and lower-body strength. It blends basic stepping with movements like push-ups and weight-plate exercises for an effective, fun, and customizable workout for all fitness levels. 

SHAPES

Les Mills SHAPES is a low-impact, high-intensity workout blending Pilates, barre, and power yoga to sculpt and strengthen the whole body. It uses small, controlled movements and high repetition to target specific muscles, improve alignment, and boost flexibility. Featuring optional equipment like small weights, sliders, and resistance bands. 
 

Small Group Training

Small group training is exclusive to members with gym access. Our passionate gym instructors design and lead these classes.

Circuit Blitz

This high-energy 30-minute circuit style class focuses on muscle endurance, fitness and strength. Join a small group of like-minded people and benefit from the energy of a group workout and the personalised attention of our experienced trainers. 

Functional Strength

Functional Strength is a weights-focused class designed to help you build strength and increase muscle and overall fitness. With a focus on proper form and technique, Functional Strength will help you safely reach your strength goals in a supportive and motivating environment.

Hard Core

Hard Core is a short 30-minute class with a variety of core-focused exercises. It's the ultimate way to challenge your abs, obliques, and lower back.

Quick HIIT

Quick HIIT is a high intensity full body workout, using multiple short intervals to get your heart rate up and pumping. This is a dynamic and challenging workout designed to help you improve your overall fitness. With a supportive and motivating environment, this program is perfect for those who want to achieve their fitness goals in a fun and inclusive setting.

Community gym programs

We offer a range of programs to help people with differing abilities access the gym. Please note, these sessions are not included in any membership, casual access only.

Empower

Our Empower program supports people with chronic conditions who require minimal support. It's an inclusive, fun and supportive space to meet other people and stay fit.

Empower+

Empower+ is a strength training session for people with disabilities who require a high level of support. This program is perfect for people who can use gym equipment with the support of your own carer, including upper and/or lower body movement.

Move for Life program

Move for Life is a strength training program for people aged 55 and over. Sessions combine 45 minutes of weight training and 15 minutes of group exercise. 

Parents and Prams 

Parents and Prams is a group fitness class for parents and caregivers with children under 2. Move at your own pace with your baby. Stay active, meet other local parents, and feel part of a welcoming community. This class supports all fitness levels.

Queer Fit 

An inclusive HIIT exercise class for LGBTIQA+ community members. Sessions are designed to build community, social connection, and support physical and mental well-being.
