SMILE (Supporting Mobility Improves Lifestyle Enjoyment)

Celebrate positive ageing with us as the Victorian Seniors Festival returns this October.

Join Richmond Neighbourhood Centre and Andrea Gaze, from APT Personal Training and Pilates, for the launch of SMILE - an introductory special event to kick off Seniors Month and to celebrate International Day of Older Persons.

This informative, fun and interactive workshop includes step-by-step unlocking joint movements as well as some moving-to-music joy.

Gain a stronger appreciation for mobility, strength and balance to age well, be well: to SMILE (Supporting Mobility Improves Lifestyle Enjoyment).

Stay for refreshments and a chat with Andrea.

SMILE is a series of 5 sessions, with the first commencing at Studio 1 and the following 4 sessions run by Andrea at Burnley Backyard.

Disclaimer: all participants undertake the SMILE Session at their own risk and if you have any medical condition or serious injury you should seek permission and advice from the appropriate specialist or doctor. Andrea will happily do a free consult to assist you with the safest ways to move.

More information about the festival and events can be found on the Victorian Seniors Festival page.
