Community transport
Our accessible buses operate from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
There services are delivered as part of the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). If you are not a current client, contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 to register. For more information or to discuss referrals contact Senior Support Services on 9205 5285.
Our friendly bus drivers can help you get to and from a range of activities to support your independent living.
We provide accessible buses to support older residents and residents who are unable to access public transport for a variety of reasons including financial hardship and social isolation. The service supports independence, wellbeing and social participation.
Trips may include:
- Shopping bus (a range of local destinations).
- Social support groups, such as getting to Willowview, the Djerring Centre and group activities at Neighbourhood Houses.
- Planned hydrotherapy classes.
Our service operates 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Interpreter services are available.
Fees
We charge a fee for most of our services. You can discuss this when the assessor visits.
Our Community Transport team cannot provide transport for individual appointments. Contact My Aged Care for help to get to individual appointments.

Bus Hire
Eligible community groups can hire a bus for an outing or a trip to the country. Passenger vehicles with 12 and 24 seats are available.
