Amendment C270, 288 & Extensions – Fitzroy & Collingwood (Interims)
The Minister for Planning has approved this Amendment.
Council has progressed a series of amendments that introduced and extended interim built form controls for Fitzroy and Collingwood (DDO30 and DDO35 - DDO40).
The interim controls were first introduced into the Yarra Planning Scheme on 27 August 2021 via Amendment C270yara and on 22 October 2021 via Amendment C288yara.
The latest amendment, C338yara, gazetted on 21 May 2026, extends the interim controls until 30 November 2026, while the permanent controls are being considered by the Minister for Planning.
We are progressing permanent controls via Amendment C271yara.
