Find out how you can suspend your membership.
To suspend your membership, follow these steps.
- Log in to your account. Visit the online portal and sign in with your email address and password.
- Navigate to 'Account'.
- Select 'Contract details'.
- Select your contract.
- Click on the 'Freeze contract' button located underneath your contract details.
- Select the freeze option 'Standard freeze'.
- Choose your freeze start and end dates and list a reason for the suspension. There is a minimum suspension period of 2 weeks.

Leisure Centre and golf direct debit memberships
You're allowed to suspend your membership for two months per calendar year. This time does not accrue and can't be backdated.
Your membership will reactivate automatically after your nominated suspension period has ended. It is your responsibility to know when this will happen. We will not refund or credit to anyone who didn't know their membership had reactivated.
The minimum suspension period is 2 weeks.
Leisure Centre and golf memberships (3- and 12-month agreements)
Allowed suspension periods for shorter-term memberships apply as follows:
- 3-month term membership - 14 days per contract.
- 12-month term membership - 62 days per contract.
The minimum suspension period is 2 weeks.
Swim school membership
Not available for Swim School members.
