We’re excited to introduce a relaxing new Tai Chi class this month at Richmond, as part of our group exercise offering.

What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact exercise class that promotes mobility, muscle strength, balance and posture. Combining graceful movement, meditation and breathwork, Tai Chi is a calming way to improve both your physical and mental wellbeing.

Led by a qualified instructor, our Tai Chi class is suitable for people of all ages, abilities and levels of experience.

Join us for a free trial class on Thursday 8 May from 8am to 9am at Richmond Recreation Centre. Bookings can be made online or at reception.

Please note - there will be no Tai Chi on Thursday 15 May due to the gym equipment upgrades. Tai Chi will return on Thursday 22 May.
