You can purchase multi-visit passes on our online portal or by visiting one of our venues.

Multi-visit pass options

• 10-visit multi pass – expires 6 months after the purchase date
• 25-visit multi pass – expires 12 months after the purchase date

Pass conditions

Please note that:

• you cannot suspend your multi-visit pass
• we will not issue refunds for unused sessions
• multi-visit passes are non-transferrable.

Purchase multi-visit pass

You don't have an account

If you don't already have an account, you will need to create a free account before you can proceed.

You have an account

1. Log in to the online portal.
2. Select 'Account' in the main menu then 'My Purchases'.
3. Select the purple 'make a purchase' button on the right side of the page. You will now be able to see all the multi-visit pass options.
4. Select the multi-visit pass option you would like to purchase
5. Select 'buy'
6. Enter your payment details and select 'process payment' when finalised.

You will receive a confirmation email confirming your multi-visit pass terms and conditions.

View multi-visit pass

1. Log in to the online portal.
2. Select 'Account' in the main menu
3. Select 'My Purchases'.

You can view your number of remaining passes and their expiry dates.
