View and manage your upcoming and past bookings.

To view and manage your upcoming and past bookings, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the portal
  2. Navigate to 'My Bookings'

How to cancel a booking

You can cancel a booking by selecting 'cancel booking'. The cost of your session will be credited to your account - view your credit in 'My Purchases'.

You cannot cancel a session less than 2 hours before it is scheduled, as we need time to prepare and reallocate places. If you cannot attend and it's too late to cancel, you will not receive a credit.
