You can login to the online portal and view and pay any outstanding balances on your account.
Older outstanding payments
Our system allocates new membership payments to old debt. If you have unpaid debt from previous direct debits, successful payments will allocate to the oldest debt on your account. The amount shown as owing on the portal is correct, but the dates may differ.
Rejection fees
Each time a direct debit is unsuccessful, our direct debit provider charges us $5. To avoid this fee, please ensure that:
- there are enough funds in your account
- your card details are correct
- your card is valid.
You can also enter your BSB and account number as a payment source into your customer portal. This will avoid you being charged when your card has expired or been cancelled.
Non-attendance
Direct debit memberships have an ongoing fortnightly charge. You'll be charged for your membership until we receive a written cancellation notice. You can send this as an email or complete a form at reception.
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing by close of business on the Wednesday before the next Tuesday fortnightly direct debit.
