Burnley Park covers more than 6 hectares, overlooks the Yarra River and is close to Bridge Road and Swan Street.
The park's spacious grounds contain a formal barbeque area, a sporting oval with a pavilion and plenty of open space to kick the footy around. The Corroborree Tree reflects on the location's significance to the area's Aboriginal people.
Dogs at the park
A dog-off-lead area is available to exercise your dog.
- Dogs are prohibited from sporting grounds when the grounds are in use for approved sporting events (including training)
- Dogs must be kept on-leash within 10 metres of sporting grounds when they are in use for approved sporting events (including training)
- Dogs are prohibited within playgrounds at any time
- Dogs must be kept on-leash within 10 metres of playground areas

Organisation bookings
If you are from an organisation, you must:
- register your organisation
- make your booking under your organisation's name.
