Atherton Reserve is a playing field and park area next to the Atherton Gardens Housing Estate in the heart of Fitzroy.

Designated areas available for hire

Personal trainers are welcome to use this site if they have obtained a permit.

The soccer ground is not available for hire.

Dogs

• Dogs are allowed off-leash in unfenced sporting grounds only when the grounds are not in use for approved sporting events.
• Dogs must be kept on-leash within 10 metres of sporting grounds when they are in use for approved sporting events.
