Venue conditions
- We will not accept parties, private events or events with loud music.
- All functions must start after 8am and finish by 8pm.
- Please ensure you monitor noise levels, as the Williams Reserve Community Room is in a residential area.
- You must dispose of your own rubbish.
- You must supply your own cutlery, crockery, glassware and linen.
- You may choose your own caterer – we can provide recommended caterers on request.
- There is limited street parking and paid parking is available at Victoria Gardens shopping centre.

How to book
If you are a registered user and have booked with us before, you can log into our booking system to book a space.
If you are a new user, you need to register with us before you make a booking.
Organisation bookings
If you are from an organisation, you must:
- register your organisation
- make your booking under your organisation's name.
If you're from a not-for-profit group, you may be eligible for discounted use. Contact our bookings team to find out more.
