Venue conditions
- The Emely Baker Centre is available for bookings between 7am and 9pm.
- Please ensure you monitor noise levels, as the Emely Baker Centre is in a residential area.
- You have exclusive use of the kitchen and main space, but you must share the toilets with a tenant.
- This venue is not available to hire on public holidays.
- Please ensure facilities are clean and return tables and chairs to their original places, or additional charges may apply.

Alcohol
The Emely Baker Centre is not a licensed venue. You must apply for a temporary limited licence if you intend to sell alcohol.
You must submit a Partysafe form to Victoria Police if you want to:
- supply alcohol free of charge
- allow guests to bring their own alcohol
