If you're looking to use a library space, we encourage you to visit during opening hours and discuss accessing the space with a librarian. For town and community halls, please contact our bookings team to arrange a time.

Advice for town and community hall visits

Town halls

Site visits are led by one of our experienced venues officers, and take around 30 minutes. You will see:

• the main event space
• kitchen
• bathrooms
• entry and loading points
• furniture and equipment available for hire.
  

You are welcome to take photos, take measurements and bring friends, family members or contractors with you.

Visits are by appointment only. Please call our bookings team during business hours to arrange the best time.

Community halls

For site visits to community halls will be required to collect a key or swipe card from Collingwood Town Hall. The key must be returned within the same day.

Site visits are by appointment only and can only be scheduled during business hours while the venue is vacant. Please call our bookings team to discuss.
