You can ask your solicitor or conveyancer to apply for the land information certificate.

Fees

As of 1 July 2024, the cost of a land information certificate is:

  • $29.72 for standard processing (allow 5 business days for online applications)
  • $77.88 for urgent certificates required within 24 hours (online applications only)
