Riverside & Victoria Gardens Precinct
Supporting a growing neighbourhood
The Riverside & Victoria Gardens Precinct is experiencing significant development and construction activity, with a number of major developments planned or underway. Council has established a dedicated precinct program to improve coordination across Council services, respond to emerging issues, and help minimise construction impacts on residents, businesses and visitors.
This is a 12 month program focused on proactive monitoring, compliance activities and community engagement within the precinct. We will also be trialling different approaches to managing common issues.
