We offer free one-on-one Digital Help sessions to help you gain confidence using technology, navigating your devices and troubleshooting minor technology issues.
To book a session, please call 1300 695 427 or register for a session via Eventbrite.
Digital Help sessions are 30-45 minutes in length. While you may be experiencing multiple issues, it is important we focus on one issue at a time.
Please only book one session to ensure other patrons have a chance to access this service. If additional assistance is needed, we may be able to schedule another session for a later date, or find you alternative help within your local area.
These sessions are intended for patrons who are experiencing difficulties with their devices or software and for library staff to assist with lifelong learning. While we can address many digital issues, please note there are certain topics that are outside the scope of our assistance. See the FAQ section below to see what we can and cannot provide assistance with.
