Join us for an immersive Sound Bath and Movement session designed to restore balance and calm.
Facilitated by Nikky Starr, this nurturing experience combines gentle movement, guided breathwork, and a deeply soothing sound bath. Together, these practices are designed to help you reconnect, release tension, and nourish both body and mind.
When is the workshop?
The workshop will run from 2pm to 4pm on Saturday 2 May.
What is the cost?
