Parents and Prams
Parents and Prams is a group exercise class for parents and caregivers with children under two.
Parents and Prams is a warm, inclusive space to exercise where crying babies, late arrivals and breaks are absolutely okay. Classes are relaxed, pram‑friendly and designed for you to move at your own pace with your baby. Our qualified instructors offer safe, flexible exercise options suitable for all fitness levels.

Parents and Prams is available to casual participants and members. You can book into a session through our online portal or in person at one of our centres.
